Weigh Down also produces a seminar geared more toward helping individuals break free in regard to things other than weight. This 12-week seminar uses the Christian principles in Exodus Out of Egypt to help people realize that overindulgence in any worldly idol or unfruitful behavior is not God’s plan for us - we are to serve only the one true God and His Son Jesus Christ, and break free from any other stronghold that controls us. Exodus from Strongholds is also held in a classroom setting, generally in community centers, homes, offices, etc.
